the inn has a great location, being near fast food places, making it convenient for a late meal. the expansive outdoor pool is a fantastic feature for guests looking to relax. also, the linens in my king room were clean, which I greatly appreciated during my stay.
service was lacking, especially regarding the internet situation.

The King Room was clean, with nice linens—definitely appreciated that. But, wow, the internet was totally down my entire stay, which was a real bummer. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, too, didn’t get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's basic and feels a bit dated. If you need simple, it might work, but I expected more for the price.

Man, my stay was a mess. The front desk staff was unhelpful, and I had to call my client on my mobile just to get through. I almost left the hotel for another place, but the location was decent. The only good thing? The room was clean.

A Decent Stay with Great Staff
Enjoyed my one-night stay in a Quadruple Room. The staff went out of their way to help with a broken TV remote and provided extra towels for the cold draft from the door. Loved the clean and practical setup. A nearby restaurant served delicious meals, a definite plus!

We had a fantastic stay, perfectly located near Sonoma State University and Scandia Family Fun Center. The room was clean and accommodating for our family, including our two dogs. Thanks to Janet for exceptional customer service! Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too.
My kids wished there were more fun activities for them on site.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Charles M. Schultz Museum and enjoyed the Scandia Family Fun Center. The location was perfect, just minutes from everything we needed. Our room was clean and had all the basics. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
One downside was that the hosts at the front desk seemed a bit out of the loop, which was frustrating at times.

Nice cozy décor made the stay enjoyable. Limited seating options in common areas made it uncomfortable during peak times. Close to a golf course for fun activities.

The room was clean, but the heater was extremely noisy all night.

missingWrote a review on Mar 09central locationclean roomsbroken amenities
The rooms maintain basic cleanliness and have a fair size, suitable for families or groups. Location is quite central, allowing easy access to local attractions and casinos.
The heating system in my room was problematic. it turned on and off unpredictably, making it hard to sleep. The blanket provided was thin, requiring me to resort to bringing my own for warmth. I encountered issues with the bathroom, including a broken toilet paper roll and a large wall fan that was either too loud or wouldn't turn off, leading to discomfort. Parking was an inconvenience as sprinklers sprayed vehicles, getting cars wet on arrival. Just a heads up for anyone who might be sensitive to noise or temperatures.
